Customer Service Officer, Social Media at Kallang, Up to $2800 - Competitive Pay

Responsibilities:

• Attend to general utilities and account-related enquiries via customer channels in a professional and timely manner
• Monitor and respond to customers inquiries and comments on social media platforms (e.g. Facebook)
• Provide timely and accurate responses to customer questions, comments and feedback to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Period:

• 1 year contract

Location:

• Kallang Sector

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm
• Alternate Saturday, 8am to 1pm

Salary:

• up to $2800 + bonus

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma holder with proven experience in customer service, preferably in a social media or digital environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of social media management tools is a plus
