- Working hours: 5.5 days, Mon to Fri 830am-6pm, Saturday latest till 1pm

Responsibilities
- Provide frontline customer service such as registration, appointment scheduling, payments and provide financial counselling.
- Chaperone; assist doctors with patient's medical reviews in the consultation rooms.
- Provide patients/family on general information about the clinic.
- Retrieve and return patient’s record before and after appointment
Requirements
- Diploma in any discipline/ GCE 'A'/'O' Level/ Higher NITEC in Business Studies/ NITEC in Service Skills
- Experience in service or healthcare industry will be advantageous.
- Proficiency in computer application
