Job Description

  • Handle inbound phone call enquiries from members of the public regarding cards, loans, mortgages etc.
  • Will be assigned to specific teams that handle specific products （cannot choose）
  • Training is provided for 1 to 1.5 months

Salary 

  • Up to $3320

Working Hours

  • Between 7am to 1.30am (8.5 hours shift), no overnight shift
  • 1 way Taxi Claim for those that start before 7.30am or end after 10pm

 

Requirements 

  • Min A Level with call centre experience
