Responsibilities:

Assist in handling of general customers’ enquiries and feedback as well as to support Facebook enquiries.
Monthly submission and presentation of Monthly Customer Service / Loss Prevention Report.
Assist in running of Customer Service Committee.
Support company events, closed door events, Bookfest or Warehouse Sales.

Requirements

Minimum GCE 'O' Levels or ITE
Preferably with 2 to 3 years of customer service experience
Possess strong customer service mindset and communications skills
Good in written communications.
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
