Job Description - Customer Service Offier

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist walk-in customers with enquiries and applications.
  • Process applications, renewals, licence issuance, and printing using internal systems (training provided).
  • Respond to enquiries via phone and email.
  • Perform general administrative and ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
  • Customer-focused with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Tech-savvy and proficient in common Microsoft Office applications.
  • Positive attitude, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Willing to perform light physical duties, including handling documents and supporting operational requirements.

Duration/Working hours:

1 year contract (Immediate)

42 hours per week
