I am specializing in CS Order Processing and Shipping roles, all levels from Executives to Team Leads, Islandwide locations.

Responsibilities
- Oversee and execute entire cycle of order processing
- Collaborates closely with Sales, customers, and others to develop and implement best practices and process improvements to improve customer service and sales force productivity.
- Monitors daily workflow and adjusts assignments to meet service levels.
- Ensure optimal supply level to support sales demand by setting monthly meeting with countries manager.
- Handles escalated and resolves complex customer issues. Ensures all customers complaints are handled well, upholding and improving brand reputation/image. Make sure that all customers’ complaints are resolved in timely & satisfactory manner.
Requirements
- Min Diploma/ Degree qualification
- 3-8 years of experience in order processing
- Prior experience in SAP System preferred.
- Supervisory experience required for Team leads to Managerial level roles.
- 5 days work week, our clients ranges from Healthcare, Manufacturing, Aerospace, Chemical, Freight, industry etc.
