We are seeking a passionate and organized customer service representative to join our team and play a key role in creating a welcoming and positive experience for every guest.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact: Greet guests warmly and professionally, both in person and over the phone.
• Schedule appointments: Efficiently manage the salon's appointment calendar, booking appointments via phone,email, or online booking system.
• Provide exceptional service: Answer guest questions about our hair care services and products, offering recommendations and information.
• Maintain a welcoming environment: Assist in keeping the reception area clean, organized, and stocked with refreshments for guests.
• Process payments: Collect payments for services rendered, following all company policies and procedures.
• Support the team: Collaborate with stylists and other staff members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills, including experience using appointment scheduling software a plus.
• Positive attitude, with a passion for the beauty industry preferred.
• Bilingual is an added advantage.
