Customer Service Representative - Professional Development Opportunities

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Service Ambassador at SIXIDES Asia. As a Customer Service Ambassador, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your day-to-day tasks will involve addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, managing customer expectations, and delivering a positive customer experience.

• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to empathize with customers and provide effective solutions
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work well in a team
• Proficiency in relevant software and computer skills
• Experience in the interior design or renovation industry is a plus
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
