Customer Service (SAP) User Acceptance Tester / Jurong, Contract

Summary
Ideal candidates will have a background in customer service and must be proficient or at least familiar with SAP. UAT testing will take place before the SAP launch in November 2024.

Responsibilities:

• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) 
• Validate data integrity and business processes within the SAP system. 
• Test planning
• Provide detailed reports on testing activities, defects, and overall metrics. 

Requirements:
