Customer Service Senior Storekeeper - Energetic Workplace

Responsibilities:

1. Parts Management 

• Manage Inbound and Outbound shipment 
• Stock in and out for parts processing
• Pick and Pack parts daily to support service engineer
• Issuing of parts & processing parts returns
• Manage SAP system transactions
• Perform spare parts scrapping activities

2. Warehouse Management 

• Responsible for warehouse housekeeping 
• Conduct weekly physical stock count audits to ensure 100% accuracy
• Supporting Team Lead in organising and conducting periodic and annual stock take in accordance with company policies. Taking part in bi-annual and annual stock-take.
• Responsible for warehouse occupational safety and health policies and procedures and participate in training as required
• Receiving of appliances to support after sales service
• Weekly & monthly appliance cycle count

3. Audit and Compliance

• Support to ensure adherance to company processes, procedures, policies and standards
• Accountable for ensuring full regulatory compliance and legal requirements
• Participation and support leaders in any Internal/External Audits (Eg. ICS, ISO)

Requirements:

-  Min. GCE ’O’ Levels and above/Professional certifications/Technical, 
-  Electrical, Electronics and Engineering related ITE NITEC/Diploma
- Min 3 - 5 years of working experience in Warehousing, Supply Chain or 
 Logistics 
- After sales and repair servicing industry will be an advantage.
- MS Office skills preferred
