RecruitFirst is hiring! You will be outsourced to:

📍 Location: Midview City
💰 Salary: $2550/month + $10/day shift allowance (for 2pm - 11pm shift)
⏳ Duration: 1 year (Renewable Contract)
🕑 Working hours: 5 days a week rostered on both weekdays & weekends
(Off days are arranged among team mates)
Shift A: 7am – 4pm
Shift B: 9am – 6pm
Shift C: 2pm – 11pm (Unlikely to be activated for now)
*shifts are rotating*

Job Description:
🎯Resolving enquiries from drivers which includes escalated cases – average 12 cases per day. This is not a call centre job. They resolve cases via emails and do follow up calls only.

Requirements:
✅ Min O levels, A levels/Diploma
✅Reliable, good attitude, willing to go the extra mile kind of personality and has good command of English
✅ Open to OTs on short notice
✅ IT Savvy and street smart
✅ Strong personality
✅ Insurance sales, telesales background all are welcome
