Customer Service Specialist - with Growth Opportunities

Key Responsibilities          

• Attend and respond to all customer's feedback via emails, social media, phone calls, Google reviews, and other channels
• Investigate and determine the root cause of the issues, provide findings to internal departments, and explain the best solution to resolve customer enquiries
• Coordinate with internal departments concerning the feedback of customers
• Develop and improve SOP for handling customer complaints
• Compile customer feedback and provide advisory to management by generating monthly dashboard data
• Assist to train outlet service crew on customer service
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Business/ Administration or other related field
• Minimum 2-5 years of customer service-related working experience
• Proficient in speaking English, Malay, and Mandarin will be an advantage
• Eager to learn, independent, and able to work under pressure
• Strong communication and presentation skills (Excel & PowerPoint)
• Positive attitude and team player
