Choose your preferred working hours: 

Day - Between 8am to 8pm (8 hrs a day, 5 days work week) 

Night - 8pm to 8am (12 hrs shift, 3 to 4 days work a week)

What You'll Do:

Provide essential Contact Centre services, including handling general inquiries and appointment scheduling. This role requires working in a fast-paced environment, your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering excellent customer service by understanding and addressing callers' needs
• Providing timely, accurate information and assistance
• Booking or rescheduling appointments based on requests
• Handling hotline administrative tasks such as emails, referral requests, and emergency activations
