Customer Support Executive

Location: 600 West Camp Road

Responsibilities

Create Quotations and Sales Orders for each customers

E-filing and scanning both quotations and customers’ approvals into K drive

Support Account Managers for various customers’ accounts

Intermediaries commissions payouts

Ad-hoc requests, like security clearances

Submission of KOFAX and ePR requests

Requirement

Min Nitec or Diploma 

Proficient with SAP, Excel and bespoke software

Preferably with some aviation industry experience
