Ipeco Singapore Pte Limited is seeking a Customer Support Executive to join its dynamic new customer support business based at the Aerospace Park in Seletar. This is an opportunity to help develop a first-class customer service operation at a new base for Ipeco Holdings Ltd, an established and global leader in aircraft interior products and services. This facility will provide distribution, repair and field service for the Company’s entire product range.

OVERALL PURPOSE
Under the direction of the General Manager, to work as part of the Customer Support Administration team to provide an efficient sales order administration service to the customer from point of order entry to shipment/invoicing. To liaise with other group departments to assist the on time performance of customer orders.
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
To fulfill various tasks and responsibilities in meeting the job purpose as described above including but not limited to:
Global AOG mailbox. Be prepared to use the AOG mobile phone both during and out of normal hours and to provide assistance,
and relevant when required,
