Job Description - Customer Support Executive (US MNC/Shift job/West) - Urgent Role

We are hiring a focused Customer Support Executive (US MNC/Shift job/West) to join our all-star team at MARTIN-BROWER SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. in Others, West Region.

This position will coordinate or execute Restaurant Order Process (B2B) activities necessary to fulfill customer requests.

 

  • Ensure timely and accurate Special Order (SR).
  • Solve and investigate customer’s complaints / feedback.
  • Communicate politely & effectively both verbal and written with Customers.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationship with internal / external Customers.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of Data Log / Reports.
  • Coordinate with internal resources to offer constructive solutions meeting Customer’s satisfaction.
  • Liaise with operational teams in meeting customers’ special requests.
  • Ensure all telephone calls queries are being addressed.
  • Monitor emails, reply with actions taken.
  • Proper document filing for audit retrieval.
  • Reconciliation of Sales Billing in the Systems
  • Check Returned DN, to credit / arrange replacement accordingly if there are any delivery discrepancies.
  • Assist Operations Department with printing of labels and SR DN.
  • Any other ad-hoc assignments as assigned.

 

Required skills and experience:

 

  • Good interpersonal, communication & customer oriented skills
  • Proficient with MS Office Applications (Word & Excel)
  • Quick to act, adapt to changes and result focus
  • This position requires the ability to rotate between day and night shifts. 
  • The schedule entails one month on the day shift followed by one month on the night shift
  • Day Shift: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
  • Night Shift: 3:30 pm to 12:30 am 
  • Must diligently complete the Daily Job Task
  • Must be detail oriented, highly accurate, conscientious, self-starter able to work independently managing time appropriately along with strong organizational skills.
