RESPONSIBILITIES

• Involve in network performance monitoring products and post-sales support. 
• Implement large scale projects 
• Able to provide on-site implementation and deployments 
• Ensuring SLAs to be met, and provide standby support if required
• Analyse current technologies and keep customers queries updated. 

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
• At least 1-2 years relevant experience on end point security products.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn new technologies
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytical and possess good troubleshooting skills.
• Willing to work extended hours and on standby duty.
