Job Description - Cybersecurity Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate incident response activities, including investigation, containment, and remediation
Work closely with internal teams and external partners to strengthen threat monitoring and detection capabilities
Develop and maintain incident response playbooks and procedures
Perform threat analysis and enhance detection use cases across SIEM platforms
Conduct threat hunting and support vulnerability management initiatives
Drive incident response exercises (e.g. phishing simulations) and post-incident reviews
Prepare regular reports on security incidents, threat landscape, and SOC performance

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on incident response and threat management.
Strong knowledge of SIEM/SOAR platforms (e.g. Microsoft Sentinel) and security operations.
Experience with cloud security (e.g. AWS, Azure) and enterprise environments.
Familiarity with security frameworks and standards (e.g. NIST, ISO 27001).
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Relevant certifications (e.g. CISSP) are advantageous.
