Cybersecurity Project Manager Hedge Fund | Singapore - J12719

We are working with a leading buy-side firm looking to hire a Cybersecurity Project Manager to drive enterprise security initiatives across infrastructure, cloud, operations, and governance domains.

This is a hands-on delivery role within a lean, high-performing environment, working closely with security, infrastructure, risk, and business stakeholders across the firm.

Key responsibilities:

1. Lead end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity projects across planning, execution, governance, testing, rollout, and operationalisation
2. Drive initiatives across SIEM/SOC, IAM/PAM, vulnerability management, DLP, endpoint security, cloud security, and regulatory remediation
3. Coordinate delivery across internal technology teams, external vendors, MSSPs, and system integrators
4. Manage project governance including timelines, RAID logs, dependencies, steering updates, and executive reporting
5. Support change management, user adoption, and embedding of security controls into operational workflows
6. Partner with senior stakeholders across technology, compliance, risk, and business functions

Requirements:

1. 7-12 years of experience in cybersecurity project or programme delivery
2. Strong understanding of enterprise cybersecurity domains including cloud security, IAM, network security, endpoint security, and risk management
3. Experience delivering cybersecurity initiatives within financial services, banking, trading, or regulated environments
4. Strong stakeholder management and vendor coordination experience
5. Exposure to frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, CIS, MAS TRM
6. Experience with AWS / Azure / GCP environments is beneficial
