Data & AI Consulting Manager - Dynamic Team

• AI and Generative AI Strategy Integration: 
  • Leverage advanced AI and Generative AI technologies to craft data strategies and solutions.
  • Lead the integration of AI to automate data processes, generate insights, and create innovative solutions that provide competitive advantages for our clients.
  • Leverage AI Ethics and Compliance principles to drive client conversations and provide services to clients using past experience
• Strategic Data Consulting and Governance: 
  • Consult and or implement robust data governance frameworks, ensuring data accuracy, privacy, and regulatory compliance based on client requirements.
• Project Management in Data Delivery: 
  • Independently with minimal supervision project Manage the lifecycle of complex data delivery projects on cloud, ensuring excellence in execution and alignment with client objectives and project financials including stakeholder management.
• Business Development and Practice Contribution: 
  • Drive expansion of our data consulting services by responding to bids, and increasing collaboration with other sales and development teams.
  • Develop compelling proposals that highlight the value of our AI-enhanced data strategies.
  • Contribute effectively and proactively using past experience to develop GTM offerings and material.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work across business units to ensure that data strategies and AI innovations are effectively integrated into broader business solutions.
  • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and data-driven decision-making.
• Mentorship and Capability Building:
  • Mentor a team of data professionals, enhancing their skills in AI, data strategy, and governance.
  • Build capabilities around the latest data technologies and methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Past experience in using and implementing data governance implementations using Azure, Talend, Informatica, cloud (AWS, Azure, others) is desirable.
• Understanding and past experience delivering engagement using AI Ethics and Compliance principles
• At least 7 years of experience in data consulting, strategy, and governance, with a proven track record of leading short and long term data delivery projects.
• Demonstrated ability and past experience in responding to BQs, RFIs, RFPs driving E2E response collaborating with other business units followed by preparing financials for bid response.
• In-depth knowledge of data governance principles, data management practices, and regulatory compliance related to data privacy and protection.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills, capable of mentoring and developing talent.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate complex data concepts in business terms.
• Past experience working in dynamic environment and working on multiple varied engagements at any given point of time.
