Primary Responsibilities
1. CMMS Monitoring & Operational Analytics
Monitor CMMS system activities, alerts, and service requests
Analyze operational data trends and recurring issues
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
Identify service gaps, manpower inefficiencies, and response trends
Maintain KPI tracking dashboards
2. Mobile Team Coordination
Coordinate daily deployment schedules for mobile cleaning teams
Optimize manpower allocation based on service priorities
Ensure timely response to CMMS-generated issues and escalations
Liaise closely with Operations Managers and Site Supervisors
Track completion status of corrective works
3. Incident & Escalation Management
Monitor unresolved cases and overdue tasks
Escalate urgent operational issues to relevant stakeholders
Coordinate corrective action follow-ups
Maintain service recovery records
4. Client Reporting & Documentation
Prepare operational reports for management and clients
Compile audit findings and service performance data
Support monthly KPI review presentations
Maintain accurate operational records and compliance documentation
5. Continuous Improvement Support
Recommend process improvements based on operational data
Support implementation of workflow optimization initiatives
Assist in CMMS enhancement and operational digitization projects
