Data Analyst

Job Summary 

• Work with SCM team to identify the pain points within the current monthly reports. 
• Involve in the business requirement, gathering, documenting the SCM report requirement. 
• Work with IT analytics solution team to identify the data source and define the report framework 
• Compile data into report and Power BI presentation 
• Support / provide guidance to users on report interface, user acceptance test and Go Live support
• Understand the Demand and Supply planning process 
• Lead the development of SCM report / dashboard 

Key Accountabilities 

• Responsible for collecting and analysing data to provide trend 
• Generate report / dashboards and present findings 
• Incharge of database management and data maintenance 
• Data visualization and Dashboard creation 

Key Job Requirements 

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business or equivalent.
• At least 1-2 years of experience will do.
• Working knowledge of computerized ERP environment.
• Good with Power BI, Microsoft excel, and MS office tools 
• Basic SQL knowledge is a plus
