Data Analyst - Collaborative Environment

Job Summary:

As a Data Analyst at Neo Garden, you will be responsible for extracting, transforming, and analyzing data from various sources to provide actionable insights. Your role will be integral in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and availability of data for both business intelligence and AI model development.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Preparation:

• Collect, clean, and pre-process data from diverse sources to ensure data quality and integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements for business managers and data scientists.

Data Analysis:

• Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover patterns, trends, and anomalies.
• Generate meaningful insights from data to support business decision-making processes.

Data Visualization:

• Create clear and concise visualizations to communicate complex data findings to business stakeholders and data scientists.
• Utilize data visualization tools to enhance understanding and interpretation of data.

Collaboration with Data Scientists:

• Work closely with data scientists to understand their data needs for model development and testing.
• Prepare and provide clean, well-organized datasets to facilitate effective machine learning model training and validation.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Develop and maintain reports on key performance indicators and data quality metrics.
• Document data processes, transformations, and methodologies for future reference.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst, with a strong focus on data preparation and analysis.
• Proficiency in data manipulation tools and languages such as SQL, Python, or R.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and statistical analysis techniques.
• Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis or a related role.
