Basically, your duties as a Senior Executive, Business Management & Planning are as follows:

Broad Function of Job Purpose

BMP supports management decision-making by providing insights based on the analysis of sales, customer, and market data, with the aim of driving business performance.It also takes a company-wide perspective to formulate business policies and initiatives.Furthermore, it ensures the effectiveness of these initiatives by driving cross-functional execution and monitoring progress.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Sales Planning & Performance Management

• Analyse store-wide and departmental sales performance, and identify key trends and issues.

• Lead the preparation and management of budgets and forecasts, including periodic reviews and rolling updates based on performance.

• Monitor performance against targets, and propose adjustments to plans to ensure alignment with business objectives

.• Evaluate the effectiveness of promotions and business initiatives, and propose improvements to drive performance.

2. Business Planning & Strategic Support

• Support the formulation of business plans and strategic initiatives in alignment with company objectives.

• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and risks impacting business performance.

• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to enhance sales and overall business effectiveness.

3. Project Planning & Cross-functional Coordination

• Plan and coordinate cross-functional projects (e.g. store renovations, system improvements, and business initiatives).

• Work closely with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth execution of projects.

• Monitor project progress, manage timelines, and proactively address issues to ensure successful delivery.

4. Management Reporting & Communication

• Prepare and disseminate reports and materials for management and internal stakeholders

.• Support the communication and implementation of management directives acrossdepartments.

• Ensure alignment and effective information flow among relevant stakeholders.

5. Any other job-related duties as and when assigned by the Company.
