We are seeking an experienced Data Center Ecosystem Manager to drive and expand our data center ecosystem partnerships across Singapore and the Asia-Pacific region, with a particular emphasis on enhancing our “Asia#1 Fabric” capability. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in the local data center market, strong customer relationship management skills, and a well-established network with key data center operators and ecosystem partners. This role is crucial to our success in establishing and growing our presence in the “Asia#1 Fabric” space.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of strategies to enhance our influence within the data center ecosystem in Singapore and the broader Asia-Pacific region, particularly in support of the “Asia#1 Fabric” initiative.
  


• Build and maintain strong relationships with major local data center operators, service providers, and ecosystem partners such as Equinix, Digital Realty, and Global Switch, to foster the development of the “Asia#1 Fabric” ecosystem.
  


• Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, ecosystem dynamics, customer needs, and opportunities for collaboration within the data center industry, focusing on “Asia#1 Fabric.”
  


• Identify and pursue new ecosystem partnership opportunities that drive the growth of our “Asia#1 Fabric” capabilities.
  


• Collaborate closely with internal teams (Sales, Technical, Customer Support) to ensure alignment with ecosystem partner requirements and objectives, and to support the continuous optimization of the “Asia#1 Fabric” strategy.
  


• Represent the company at industry conferences, exhibitions, and networking events across the Asia-Pacific region to enhance our brand visibility in the “Asia#1 Fabric” domain and strengthen ecosystem collaboration.
  

Required Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the data center industry, with a strong understanding of ecosystem dynamics in the Asia-Pacific region and a robust network of industry contacts.
  


• Proven track record of success in ecosystem management, business development, or sales within the data center or related industries.
  


• A deep understanding of the strategic importance of “Asia#1 Fabric” and the ability to drive relevant partnerships and ecosystem development.
  


• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to establish and maintain long-term relationships with senior executives and key ecosystem partners.
  


• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a demonstrated ability to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive the “Asia#1 Fabric” strategy.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with major data center operators and ecosystem partners, particularly in supporting the “Asia#1 Fabric” strategy.
  


• Knowledge of the data center industry and related ecosystem in the Asia-Pacific region.
