Data Center Engineer - East , Shift Work - Join a Leading Company

Job Description:

• Supervise building and data center facilities, including monitoring and reporting on BMS/EMS/Fire Detection & Protection/Chiller/Electrical systems.
• Administer preventative maintenance programs to ensure proper servicing and maintenance of equipment.
• Maintain thorough documentation of facilities and equipment maintenance activities.
• Prepare monthly SLA reports for equipment uptime, power usage, and temperature readings.
• Respond to emergency situations and be on 24x7 standby duty.
• Be prepared for 24x7 standby recall to provide additional manpower coverage as needed.
• Oversee new data center projects, as well as renovation and maintenance of existing space.
• Handle site inspections and audits by external authorities (e.g., HDB/LTA/NEA/FSB).
• Schedule and track servicing jobs and manage vendors on a day-to-day basis.
• Maintain high standards of customer service.
• Manage all facilities contracts.
   

Education / Experience:

• Diploma or Degree in Building/Facility Management or related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant working experience.

Skill Sets:

• Proficiency in building technology, mechanical and electrical services, and facilities management.
• Relevant experience in Data Center facility management and vendor management.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Excellent multitasking and job tracking abilities.
