The Data Entry Officer is responsible for providing administrative support and managing the Accounts Receivables sales ledger and ensuring payment information from customers are properly and accurately accounted for in the system.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Ensuring payments by customers are being accurately recorded and accounted for in the system.
- Updating of systems immediately when customers make necessary payments.
- Ensure compliance to company policies, financials, processes and industrial standards.
- Ensure proper document filing and safe keeping of financial related documents.
- Other ad hoc duties assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Mon to Fri - 10am to 6pm.
- High levels of integrity, meticulous and detail oriented.
- Able to work in a very fast paced environment.
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
- Strong ownership with the ability to function in a dynamic & fast paced environment.
- Open minding and willing to learn, take on new challenges and offer suggestions to suit business requirements in the workplace.
