Data Integration Specialist

 We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Integration Specialist
to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the data integration stream for newly developing countries and streamlining reporting to third parties.

This role requires a strong technical background and the ability to work closely with business units to define export requirements, mapping, and structuring outputs in a generic manner.

Your main responsibilities will be to:

 · Collaborate with business units to understand and define data export requirements.

· Develop and maintain data mappings and transformations.

· Capture and document detailed requirements for data integration projects.

· Design high-level solutions for data integration using tools such as Talend, data warehouses, or other relevant technologies.

· Ensure data quality and consistency across various systems and platforms.

· Streamline reporting processes to third parties.

· Provide technical expertise and support for data integration initiatives.

· Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in data integration and related technologies.

The successful applicant will have:

 · Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

· Proven experience in data integration, data warehousing, and ETL processes.

· Proficiency with data integration tools such as Talend or similar.

· Strong understanding of data modeling, mapping, and transformation.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred qualifications

· Experience in the insurance industry.

· Familiarity with reporting tools and third-party reporting requirements.

· Knowledge of additional data integration tools and technologies.
