Job Description

We are seeking a Junior Consultant for a short-term project, based onsite at the client's office in Changi Business Park, Singapore. This position is ideal for individuals with a few years of experience, who are comfortable working in a bilingual environment (English and Mandarin). The consultant will receive training and will have access to reference materials and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to assist with project tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Application Usage:
- Efficiently utilize the client's in-house application as a primary tool for project-related tasks.
- Conduct searches and gather information using tools such as Google/Baidu and Ripjar Lexis Nexis.

Data Processing:
- Support data processing and analysis efforts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to provided SOPs.

Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively within the team and communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin to facilitate seamless information exchange.

Onsite Operations:
- Perform project activities onsite at the client’s location to meet time-sensitive requirements.

Qualifications

Experience: A few years of relevant experience, preferably in consulting or data-related projects.

Language Skills: Proficiency in both English and Mandarin for effective communication and data processing.

Technical Skills: Basic familiarity with:
- Google/Baidu search engines
- Ripjar Lexis Nexis
- Client’s in-house application (training provided)

Other Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to follow SOPs, and adaptability to learn new tools and processes quickly.

Additional Information

Training: Provided onsite, with access to detailed SOPs and other reference materials.
