Position: HR Data Specialist
Location: Raffles Place
Salary: Up to $5400 + 1 month completion bonus
Contract role
Job scope:
- Conduct and support comprehensive HR data mapping analysis between existing HR systems and target system
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to understand data requirements, ensuring accurate and efficient data migration processes
- Lead data transformation efforts with HR teams, ensuring data integrity, consistency, compliance with organizational and project standards
- Work with the project team to develop and maintain documentation for data mapping, transformation rules and migration processes
- Develop and maintain data migration documentation, including data dictionaries, mapping specifications, and transformation logic.
- Collaborate with IT teams to optimize data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes for efficiency and performance.
- Establish and implement quality assurance measures to validate data accuracy and completeness post-migration.
- Provide support to HR teams on data transformation procedures
Job Requirement:
- Experience in HR analytics, HRIS, HR software or HR records and documentation management
- Strong understanding in HR data structures, processes and compliance requirements
- Experience in data migration and new HR system roll out projects is a plus
- Experience in Oracle EBS, Workday, SAP and other HR platforms is a plus
- Proficient with MS Excel, data manipulation and validation techniques
- Experience in Excel macros, Python data manipulation is a plus
