DC Facility Technician (Up to $5,500 / Data Center) - Urgent Role

The Opportunity:

Adecco is partnering with a reliable and trusted data centre partner with strong presence in APAC regions. The company is looking for few DC facility technician with strong hands-on troubleshooting and operation on data center infrastructure (electrical and mechanical systems , HVAC, power outages, fire alarms, etc).

The Job:

• Supervise and oversee the operational activities of data centers within the designated region.
• Conduct regular physical and visual inspections of equipment and facilities in data centers.
• Collaborate with Data Center Operations Facility Managers to develop procedures and conduct risk analysis for site operations.
• Coordinate with Data Center Providers for Mechanical & Electrical maintenance services.
• Compile and review Maintenance Schedules for Data Centers, ensuring minimal disruption during Block Days.
• Review documentation submitted by Data Center Providers, such as Method of Procedure (MOP), Risk Assessments (RA), etc., for maintenance activities.
• Monitor and document facility maintenance activities and change requests.
• Respond to crisis management activities at the facility level, including power outages, HVAC failures, fire alarms, and security issues.
• Provide after-hours support based on an on-call schedule when necessary.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

The Talent:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in DC operation and maintenance
• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Good understanding and knowledge in data center infrastructure (electrical and mechanical
  systems , HVAC, power outages, fire alarms)
• Be able on 24/7 if required
