Job Scope

Fleet Operations & Deliveries

• Timely Delivery: Plan optimal daily routes to ensure the accurate, efficient, and punctual delivery of goods to clients across Singapore.
• Road & Vehicle Safety: Maintain strict compliance with road safety regulations. Ensure the safety of the driver and vehicle while conducting checks on the delivery vehicle (e.g., fuel, tire pressure, and basic maintenance reporting).
• Physical Handling: Assist in the safe loading and unloading of inventory to and from the company vehicle, preventing any damages during transit.

On-Site Verification & Customer Service

• Stock Verification: Verify correct stock quantities against delivery orders and invoices directly at the customer’s premises before handover.
• Digital Documentation: Take clear proof-of-delivery (POD) pictures and obtain official customer stamps or signatures on delivery orders where required.
• Professional Conduct: Act as the face of the company, resolving or reporting delivery issues on the ground with a polite and professional attitude.

Warehousing & Inventory Maintenance

• Housekeeping: Maintain proper housekeeping, cleanliness, and organization within both the company delivery vehicle and the central warehouse.
• Inventory Inflow & Outflow: Support warehouse operations by assisting with receiving incoming goods, picking, packing, and sorting items for next-day fulfillment.
• Ad-Hoc Duties: Assist in other operational, stock-taking, or logistics tasks as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor when not out on the road.

Job Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a delivery driver or warehouse assistant. Prior experience handling local distribution networks is a plus.
• Physical Capability: Physically fit and able to lift and move heavy goods safely.
• Attributes: Punctual, reliable, honest, and comfortable using a smartphone for digital photo tracking and routing.
