Job Summary

Responsible for daily transportation operations and supporting administrative and warehouse work to ensure smooth logistics and efficient operations, and to reasonably arrange for the execution of other related duties.

Coordinate and execute daily transportation services to ensure that goods are delivered on time and safely.

Responsible for administrative work, supporting warehouse operations and maintaining accurate records.

Assist in completing general warehouse affairs, manage and reasonably arrange the daily transportation situation of drivers, supervise and coordinate various activities of administration and drivers.

Ensure continuous provision of excellent customer service.

Professionally handle customer complaints and promptly solve problems.

Have rich experience in serving as a driver supervisor or assistant manager in the company.

Possess strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.

Understand Singapore road safety regulations.

Be able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
