Your Role: More Than Just a Delivery

As a Delivery Specialist, you are the face of WALA Technology. You aren't just moving items; you are ensuring our clients receive the professional, high-quality service they expect.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Precision Execution: Loading, transporting, and delivering items with strict adherence to assigned routes and schedules.

• Quality Assurance: Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure items are complete, packed correctly, and payments are accurate.

• Customer Excellence: Representing the company with politeness, professionalism, and a commitment to ensuring every client is satisfied with their experience.

• Team Collaboration: Working closely with the delivery team to ensure seamless end-to-end service, including the safe setup of products for our clients.

What We Are Looking For

• Valid Singapore Class 3 Manual Driving License with a clean, safe driving record.

• Vehicle Experience: Capability and comfort operating a 10-foot Lorry/Van.

• Professional Attitude: Strong time management skills and a natural ability to provide top-tier customer service.

• Commitment: A desire to grow with a Singaporean-focused company that values quality over low-cost alternatives.
