Demand & Supply Specialist

Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Demand & Supply Specialist:

Job Responsibilities

• Develop monthly demand and supply plans and negotiate with distributors.
• Communicate demand and supply strategies with cross-functional teams to secure production allocations for upcoming months.
• Provide insights into market trends, promotional activities, and competitor analysis in assigned country to support internal decision-making.
• Summarize distributor requests for fleet and ad-hoc orders to ensure efficient production supply.
• Conduct regular visits to distributors and dealers to gather frontline feedback and enhance forecast accuracy.
• Monitor daily and monthly sales performance and collaborate with distributors or internal teams to implement countermeasures when necessary.

Job Requirements:

• Possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant studies field
• Basic knowledge of demand and supply concepts or relevant working experience in automotive or logistics industries preferred.
• Candidates with 1-2 years of experience are encouraged to apply; fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel and PowerPoint) for analysis, visualization, and reporting.
• Willingness to travel overseas and work overtime when required.

Additional Information:

• Salary: Up to SGD 4,200 + VB (3 - 4 Months)
• Working Location: Central
• Working Hours: 5 days' work, 9:00am to 6:00pm (Monday to Friday)
