Demand and Supply Specialist

Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Demand and Supply Specialist:

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and manage monthly Demand & Supply plans in coordination with distributors.
• Justify production volume forecasts to internal teams by communicating demand logic and market insights.
• Maintain a good understanding of the foreign market, including promotions and competitor activity, and relay insights to internal stakeholders.
• Conduct regular visits to distributors and dealers to gather market feedback and improve forecast accuracy.
• Monitor daily and monthly sales performance, working closely with distributors and internal teams to develop gap-closing strategies.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma holders with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint, for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and comfort working with numerical data.
  
• Effective communicator and team player, capable of working across functions.
• Well-organized with strong time management skills to meet deadlines.
• Basic understanding of demand and supply principles; interest in the automotive industry is an advantage.
• Proactive, responsible, and takes ownership of tasks.
• Willingness to travel overseas and work overtime when necessary.
• Training will be provided.

Additional Information:

• Salary: Up to SGD 4,200 + AWS +VB (3 - 6 Months)
• Working Location: Tanjong Pagar
• Working Hours: 5 Days Work, Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
