Qualifications & experience

• Degree in Business/Economics/Engineering/Mathematics/IT
• Those with no experience are welcomed to apply.
• Strong in analysis, problem solving and numbers.
• Possess good time management, communication and negotiation skills, as well as good interpersonal skills
• A team player with strong determination & perseverance, able to work independently.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
• Willingness to travel within short notice, able to work long hours on certain days each month and sometime on public holidays due to global fixed calendar, when required.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Act as a country Person in-charge to handle all Demand and Supply related matters for country in-charge
• Act as a plant Person in-charge to evaluate Global/Asia demand and necessary monthly orders to be placed to manufacturing plant and negotiate with production team on appropriate supply to support sales
• Allocate vehicles to each country based on production plant supply to maximize sales and profitability
• Ensures sales team input correct order within deadline, before sending the orders to manufacturing plant each month
• Work closely with counterparts such as sales division, production division, etc. to maximize sales in each country with appropriate production
• Perform the Final Quality Gate function to ensure the correct orders are sent for production & parts procurement
