We are looking for a Demi Chef (Origin), to join our team!

  Prepare and cook food in your assigned section (e.g., grill, garnish, sauce, or cold).

  Ensure food is cooked and presented according to Origin Grill’s standards.

  
  


• 
  

  Assist with mise en place for daily service and special events.

  
  


• 
  

  Support the Chef de Partie in supervising commis chefs and trainees.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at your workstation.

  
  


• 
  

  Follow proper food handling and storage procedures.

  
  


• 
  

  Work closely with the team to ensure smooth and timely kitchen operations.

  
  

Requirements:

• 
  

  At least 1–2 years of experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in a grill or Western cuisine setting.

  
  


• 
  

  Culinary certificate or relevant training is preferred.
