[What the role is]

[What you will be working on]

You will be leading a team to work on contract governance functions, including:

• Development and implementation of effective contract governance and compliance strategies

• Providing strategic governance and risk insights across various contract management processes

• Coordinating with cross functional teams for effective functioning of governance policies and procedures

• Providing advice on compliance and risk-related issues for continuous improvements in governance practices

[What we are looking for]

• Areas of study in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Law, or Public Administration (with governance/audit experience), with training or specialisation in Project and/or Contract Management

• Experience in governance, compliance, or risk management in the areas of development/construction projects

• Strong communication skills with the ability to advise and coordinate across departments

• Ability to think critically and strategically with a focus on process improvements, compliance, and risk mitigation

• Expertise in governance and compliance advisory roles

• Knowledge and experience in regulatory and legal frameworks pertaining to public-sector procurement, contract administration, and governance
