[What the role is]
Science Centre Singapore seeks to promote interest, learning and creativity in science & technology through imaginative and enjoyable experiences, contributing to Singapore's human resource development.[What you will be working on]
Reporting to the Senior Director/ Engagement who oversees strategic planning, partnerships, marcom and place-making, the incumbent plays a pivotal role in shaping the leading enterprise-level strategy development and drive organisational transformation initiatives that advance our mission of promoting STEM education and engagement.
He/she will lead a small team to conduct research and scans, plan, monitor and review the organisation’s strategic plans to ensure that the organisation remains at the forefront.
Working with various departments, he/she will also drive corporate partnerships for engagement, collaboration and sponsorship, and collaborate with agencies or consultants to deliver outcomes related to visitorship, revenue and outreach.

[What we are looking for]
Tertiary education (Masters/Degree in Public Policy, Science, Business, Economics, Management or related field) or equivalent with at least 10 years of relevant experience in policy, operations work and organisation transformation. Proven track record in strategic planning and stakeholder engagement. Strong analytical, systems thinking, excellent communication, strong project management and organisational skills.
Understanding of STEM learning (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) is preferred
