Deputy General Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist the General Manager in overseeing the daily operations and management of the overseas platform company.

2. Support the General Manager in formulating the strategic development plan for the logistics business and drive its effective implementation.

3. Establish and implement the company’s management systems, continuously optimize policies, procedures, and governance frameworks to enhance operational efficiency.

4. Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, optimize resource allocation, and facilitate the development and expansion of the company’s international business.

Qualifications

1. Minimum of five (5) years of management experience in medium to large-sized enterprises.

2. Solid understanding of bulk commodity trading, the company’s business processes, and key risk management and control practices.

3. Strong communication, coordination, resource allocation, and team leadership capabilities.

4. Strong alignment with the company’s corporate culture, sound professional ethics and integrity, and a high level of reliability.
