Deputy General Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Deputy General Manager to support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations and driving business growth through effective team management and strategic execution.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement business plans that drive growth and operational excellence
• Oversee daily operations across departments to ensure efficient workflows and high performance
• Lead strategy execution by aligning team objectives with company goals and monitoring progress
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to maintain clear communication and accountability for deliverables
• Analyze operational performance data and initiate improvements to optimize processes
• Represent the company in internal and external meetings to support business objectives

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• 2 to 8 years of management experience in similar roles
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities in managing teams and operations
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and perform effectively under pressure
• Strategic thinking combined with practical execution skills
• Proficiency in English; additional language skills are advantageous
