Job Title: Deputy Head for Regional Credit (RC)

Location: HK/SG:SG is preferred but we have some flexibility

Requirements:

1. ≥10 years hands-on credit / lending experience
2. Good understanding of accounting concepts
3. Direct involvement in deal structuring (not just analysis)
4. Generalist or Specialist with multiple sector exposure
5. Exposure to collateralised / bespoke financing (e.g. take private or cash flow financing)
6. Regional or cross-border experience
7. Some form of people leadership / mentoring

Potential Talent Pool:

1. Corporate or mid-market commercial bankers
2. Private credit, private equity, LBO financing, special situation fund
3. Brokerage firms with bespoke/specialized financing solution team
4. Investment arm of family office specialized in loans or credits

Work Experience:

1. Credit / Private Credit, Private Debt / Insurance Credit/ Asset-Backed/ Hybrid/ Special Situations/ Credit strategy/ Structured Finance arms
2. Banks / Financial Institutions (Selective Desks Only):

Mezzanine / Structured Credit / Special Situations/ Leveraged Finance/ EM Credit/ Credit Investing/ Asset Management – Credit/ Structured Credit / Corporate – selective

Explicit exclusion:

1. Syndication, relationship management, or portfolio-monitoring profiles.

Typical experience: 10 to 15 years

Experience with:

1. listed companies in the APAC region
2. Senior secured / mezzanine
3. Structured or asset-backed credit
4. Cash flow financing
5. Strong understanding of accounting concepts, downside protection, security, recoveries
6. APAC transaction exposure (Greater China & ASEAN)
