BTI executive search is representing our client for a seasoned credit professional to support the regional credit function, with a strong emphasis on structuring complex transactions across APAC. The ideal candidate will have 10–15 years of hands-on experience in credit or lending, with solid accounting knowledge and proven involvement in deal structuring including credit analysis.

This role suits individuals from corporate banking, private credit, private equity, leveraged finance or special situations platforms, as well as those from brokerage firms or family offices focused on bespoke financing solutions. Experience across multiple sectors and exposure to collateralised or cash flow-based lending is essential, along with regional or cross-border deal experience.

Candidates should bring familiarity with senior secured, mezzanine, structured, or asset-backed financing, and demonstrate strong understanding of credit fundamentals, including downside protection and recoveries. Some leadership or mentoring experience is preferred. Profiles focused primarily on syndication, relationship management, or portfolio monitoring will not be considered.
