Roles and Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage the day-to-day operations of the project/ program, including developing short and long-range targets, financial controls, and coordination with all stakeholders and subcontractors.
- Plan work schedules and efficiently organize the site facilities to meet agreed program deadlines
- Conduct onsite inspections and ensure proper records of work and housekeeping are updated/kept
- Attend regular meetings with clients/ consultants/ contractors and ensure meeting minutes are recorded
- Attend to residents’ feedback/ queries
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Building/Project and Facilities Management/Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experiences in Project Management/Quantity Surveying/Contracts Management
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication skills
