Our Client is a A1 Main Contractor handling Civil and Infrastructure projects. With increasing projects in the pipeline locally & overseas, they are seeking experienced and professional individuals to join their local team.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and coordinate civil & structural designs for building and infrastructure projects.
• Design reinforced concrete and structural steel elements in accordance with project specifications and local regulations.
• Coordinate closely with architects, M&E engineers, consultants, and project teams throughout the design and construction phases.
• Review structural drawings, shop drawings, BIM models, and technical submissions to ensure accuracy and buildability.
• Support tender preparation, technical evaluations, value engineering, and design optimisation.
• Resolve design and site-related technical issues during construction.
• Liaise with consultants and authorities to obtain timely approvals and ensure regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in civil & structural design for building or infrastructure projects.
• Candidates from engineering consultancies or main contractors are welcome to apply.
• Experience in reinforced concrete, structural steel, precast, commercial, industrial, residential, or infrastructure projects will be advantageous.
• Familiarity with local authority submissions, Singapore building codes, and construction practices.
• Experience with structural analysis software (e.g. ETABS, SAFE, STAAD, MIDAS) and BIM/Revit will be an advantage.
• Strong coordination, technical, and problem-solving skills.

• Location: East / South

• Working days: 5 Days

• Salary : up to S$7,500 / Negotiable + VB (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications).
