Responsibility

• Design and develop semiconductor components, tooling, and related parts to deliver robust and compliant solutions.
• Create and review detailed 2D/3D CAD models, drawings, specifications, and schematics to meet performance, quality, cost, and schedule requirements.
• Support prototyping, testing, and validation activities; analyze results and implement design improvements.
• Participate in project planning, execution, and cross‑functional coordination, ensuring alignment with engineering and production teams.
• Contribute to design reviews, quality assurance processes, and provide technical support for existing products and production issues.
• Maintain accurate design documentation, test reports, and project records while driving continuous improvement and innovation in engineering practices.

Requirement

• Minimum Degree in Mechanical or related Engineering which are recognized by relevant authority
• Minimum 2 years of experience in designing molds, precision parts, and tooling for the semiconductor industry
• Familiar with SolidWorks, AutoCAD or equivalent
• Knowledge of precision component and tooling design for semiconductor applications
• Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
