$3,500 - 5,000 monthly
Job Responsibilities:
1. Design & Drafting:
-Create and develop architectural, and structural designs for construction projects.
-Prepare and modify 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other relevant software.
-Ensure designs comply with Singapore’s building codes and regulations.
2. Project Coordination:
-Work closely with project managers, engineers, and site supervisors to ensure design feasibility and implementation.
-Conduct site visits to verify design execution and suggest modifications if needed.
-Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and clients to select materials and finishes.
3. Client & Stakeholder Communication:
-Present design concepts and proposals to clients.
-Make revisions based on client feedback while maintaining project feasibility and budget constraints.
-Provide recommendations on materials, finishes, and space planning.
4. Other Duties:
-Assist in tender preparation and documentation.
-Keep updated with industry trends, materials, and construction technologies.
-Support marketing efforts with design visuals when required.
Job Requirements:
-Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
-Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator).
-Knowledge of Singapore's building regulations and construction practices.
-Strong creativity, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
-Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
-Good communication and interpersonal skills.
-At least 2-3 years of experience in the construction industry in Singapore
-Able to speak Chinese and English to communicate with the clients and other staff would be a plus
