Job Description - Designer cum Digital Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

As a Designer cum Marketer, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand’s visual identity and effectively promoting our products/services to our target audience. This role requires a balance of creative design expertise, marketing acumen, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:

  • Develop visually compelling designs for a wide range of marketing materials, including but not limited to: digital ads, social media graphics, brochures, presentations, infographics, and more.
  • Create and maintain a consistent brand identity across all design assets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to translate marketing strategies into visually appealing materials that resonate with the target audience.

Content Creation:

  • Craft engaging and persuasive content that aligns with the brand's messaging and marketing goals.
  • Generate original ideas for both visual and written content to be used across various channels.

Digital Marketing:

  • Develop and implement creative marketing campaigns that effectively promote our products/services.
  • Manage and optimize digital advertising efforts, including social media campaigns and online ad placements.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to continuously improve marketing strategies.
  • Regular social media postings on Facebook, Linkedin and/or any other identified platforms.

Multimedia Production:

  • Create multimedia content, such as videos and animations, to enhance marketing campaigns and promotional materials.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communication, or a related field. A combination of education and relevant work experience will also be considered.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent tools.
  • Solid understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in digital marketing, including social media management and online advertising.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creativity and a strong eye for design aesthetics.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and marketing campaigns.
