Our client, a well-known company is looking for candidates for the position of Designer. 

Job Scope:

• Work directly with Creative Lead in the development of seasonal style guides and product toolkits across categories for region.
• Develop style guide based on the trends of evolving consumer mind-set within the SEA region.
• Responsible as brand guardian and ensure all licensees and agents adhere to Sanrio’s brand standard and guidelines.
• Work closely with business and marketing team to understand the creative requirement from licensees.
• Review the production and launch plan with business and marketing team and monitor the creative process to ensure products are launch as per scheduled.
• Select and prepare style guides for licensees and share the guidelines of each brand.
• Provide brand training to partners.
• Examine creative designs from licensees and responsible concept approvals.
• Provide approval for marketing collaterals.
• Examine sample submission from licensees to ensure that final products are of good quality.
• Monitor and track pending creative submissions in the system to ensure they are approved within the assigned lead time.
• Tracking and follow up with licensees on pending submissions.

Requirement: 

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design / Product Design or related field.
• Relevant experience in licensing industry
• Proficient in Adobe’s Creative Suite – including Illustrator and Photoshop; basic knowledge of 3D max OR Unity.
